Oh, I forgot to mention this video is dedicated to SomeDarkHollow, Skobud, and Cliff Hucker.

I find this video to be a marriage of both aural stimulation and ocular symbiosis most decisively articulated and transcended via YouTube. The relationship that culminates between viewer and tape is an aural/ocular chemical reaction between energy and clarity dependent upon said viewers perception of what is commonly known as the truth.

You had me with the first sentence, but I can't make heads or tails of the second. Makes no sense, and it's almost as if you're making up a fake language. I'm gonna check out the DSM on this and get back to you.

Skobud,I thought your post was hilarious, and found the second line to be very intelligent in relation to Mr. Seamons silly supposition that listening to a recording of live music is somehow enhanced by the interruptions and noise made by people at the event while also poking fun at his odd use of our language. He is a tiresome, self important asshole, you would think that blending crowd noise onto a soundboard is an art form,Charlie Miller must laugh hysterically when Hunter pats himself on the back in one of his boastful posts.

That is precious. One of my favorite tunes.

So much great music from 1981.

Serendipitously enough, just read an interview with Bobby about this concert. If I remember correctly, their equipment didn't show up and everything - from amps to instruments - was borrowed. Amazing they even played, let alone played well!

Thanks Hunter!

What a great version of that song. Makes looking at the murky vid oh so much nicer with a beautiful Matrix.

Jubal, I'm being a dummy but how do I get the whole thing to download? Or is it just a YT tidbit?

I seeded the 4.20 GB version over at shnflac.net last year. The 4.99 GB version will be seeded in the fall, before Bob's birthday, on its 30th anniversary. The timing on this is crucial.

Wait, I can't seed it BEFORE Bob's birthday AND on its 30th Anniversary at the same time. Crap, not sure how I'm supposed to do this now....

FYI: A new version, which will require a double layer disc, will be seeded in the fall. The new version has PCM (full quality) matrix audio, instead of the compressed ac3 audio of the older 4.20 GB disc. I was not thinking things through for the first transfer due to...well, that's better left unsaid.
